Checking For Conflicting Apps On TikTok Shop

1. On your Seller Center dashboard, navigate to the "Apps and Agencies" tab.

   

2. Go to the "App Store" tab.

   

3. On this page, click on the three dots in the top right corner.

4. Select "My Apps and Incidents" from the drop-down menu.

5. Review all the apps installed on your TikTok shop account.

6. Uninstall any other apps that interfere with inventory and order data to avoid duplicate sync or issues with other platforms.
