Before connecting your TikTok shop and Shopify to SKU IQ, uninstall any other inventory or order syncing apps to prevent duplicate syncing and other issues. This guide explains how to check for conflicting apps.

Checking on TikTok Shop

On your Seller Center dashboard, navigate to the "Apps and Agencies" tab.

Go to the "App Store" tab.

On this page, click on the three dots in the top right corner.

Select "My Apps and Incidents" from the drop-down menu.

Review all the apps installed on your TikTok shop account.

Uninstall any other apps that interfere with inventory and order data to avoid duplicate sync or issues with other platforms.
Checking on Shopify

On the Shopify Online dashboard, click on "Apps" in the left-hand menu.

The search bar will extend with a few options. Click on "App and Sales Channel Settings".

On this page, uninstall any apps that interfere with inventory and order data, including the first-party TikTok app, as it will conflict directly with SKU IQ.
❗ Before uninstalling the TikTok App, ensure there are no open TikTok orders. SKU IQ will only sync orders placed after the setup is completed. Fulfill any open orders on TikTok shop before proceeding. -
When ready to uninstall, click on the three dots to the right of the app.

Select Uninstall from the drop-down menu.

On the pop-up, check the box, select a reason to uninstall, and then click Uninstall in the right corner of the pop-up.
