Currently, SKU IQ does not sync returns or refunds between your connected systems. This includes customer-initiated returns, partial refunds, and full refunds processed through either platform.
When a return is initiated and completed in your POS, eCommerce, or TikTok Shop, SKU IQ does not automatically recognize or sync that return or any associated refund. This means the return will not be reflected in inventory or sales reports.
How to Ensure Accurate Inventory After a Return
Although SKU IQ does not sync the return transaction itself, we can sync the inventory update once the return is manually processed in both systems.
Here’s what to do:

Process the return/refund manually in your POS/eCommerce/TikTok Shop platform.

Ensure the item is marked as restocked or re-added to inventory where applicable.

SKU IQ will then pick up the change in stock levels and sync that across to your other platform.
This process will help ensure that your inventory remains accurate across platforms, even though return/refund transactions themselves are not synced by SKU IQ.
