Why Do I Have an Exclamation Mark Next to My Products on the Link Report?

This is usually due to there being structural differences between the product on your Point of Sale and eCommerce platform that SKU IQ cannot accommodate.

The ⚠️ error usually happens when there is a structural difference between some products or items that SKU IQ found matches for by SKU number or UPC.

SKU IQ is incapable of matching these items and have flagged them for you to fix.
