In this Guide, we'll show you the step-by-step on how to uninstall the SKU IQ app from your Clover System.
To cancel your subscription, you'll need to submit a SKU IQ Cancellation Request and uninstall the SKU IQ app from the Clover Marketplace.
Submitting the form will signal us to halt syncing on your account and sever the connection with your integrations, while uninstalling the app from Clover will signal them to stop billing you for our services. Please complete both to ensure your account is properly canceled.
- On your Clover Dashboard, scroll down on the left-hand menu and click on "More Tools"
- Now, click on "My Apps".
- Find the SKU IQ App in your list of installed apps, and then click on the three dots to the right of it.
- Now, click the Uninstall App.
- You'll see a confirmation on the top of your screen, and the SKU IQ app will be immediately uninstalled from your Clover Marketplace, your SKU IQ subscription will end, and billing will automatically be discontinued. This also stop the inventory syncing.
