In this Guide, we'll show you the step-by-step on how to uninstall the SKU IQ app from your Wix System.
To cancel your subscription, you'll need to submit a SKU IQ Cancellation Request and uninstall the SKU IQ app from the Wix Marketplace.
Submitting the form will signal us to halt syncing on your account and sever the connection with your integrations, while uninstalling the app from Wix will signal them to stop billing you for our services. Please complete both to ensure your account is properly canceled.
- From your Wix Online Dashboard, click "Apps", located on the left-hand navigation panel.
- Then click on "Manage Apps" at the bottom of the new left menu.
- Here, click the three dots lined up horizontally beside the SKU IQ Inventory Sync app.
- Then Click "Delete".
- A pop-up window will display, asking you to complete a brief survey as to why you are deleting the app. Once you have filled out the required questions, click Delete App.
Note: Wix requires a reason as to why you are deleting the app before the “Delete App” button is clickable. - You'll see a confirmation on the top of your screen, and the SKU IQ app will be immediately uninstalled from your Shopify Marketplace, your SKU IQ subscription will end, and billing will automatically be discontinued. This also stops the inventory syncing.
