Overview
SquareSpace's inventory management lets you toggle inventory tracking on or off. This feature is responsible for monitoring your stock levels, ensuring you know when items are running low. Only when this feature enabled, SKU IQ can accurately sync inventory with your eCommerce site.
If it's off, SquareSpace may report zero stock, marking items as "OUT OF STOCK" in-store, or send a "null" stock value, disabling tracking and risking overselling. This can lead to inventory errors and customer frustration.

Step-by-Step Guide
1.On your SquareSpace online dashboard, Navigate to 'Products & Services' on the left-hand menu, then select 'Products' from the dropdown.

2. On this page, click the 'Stock' column to organize stock counts, if you see anything marked with ∞ (infinity symbol), that means that item is not tracking inventory.

3. To enable inventory tracking, click on '...' (three dots) and then 'Edit'.

4. In the product's detail page, look for 'Unlimited Stock' under the 'Inventory' section and turn off the toggle.

5. The 'Stock' field above will be enabled, so you can add your stock count.![]()
6. Once you are done, hit 'Save' on the top -right corner of your page.

And that's it! You can now sync this this item with SKU IQ.
