SKU IQ is currently compatible with Lightspeed X-Series (Vend) users enrolled on the Core and Plus plans.
Basic plan is currently not supported, as it does not allow connection of third party integrations.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. 2. You'll see under the 'Account' tab what plan you are enrolled in.

Lightspeed X-series plan are subject to change. Ensure you have the option to install thrid party plug ins and track inventory before connecting your account to SKU IQ. As of July 2026, SKU IQ curently supports the Core and Plus plans.
