My online sales are not being sent to my POS

If you have the Send online sales into POS feature enabled, sometimes sales might display with a red “X” in the SKU IQ dashboard or they don’t display in the Transactions/Orders menu in your POS within 30 minutes - the maximum amount of time it takes an online order to display in your POS is 30 minutes. This means that the order was not sent from your eCommerce store to your POS correctly. 

Check to make sure your products are linked. If they are not linked, sales data will not sync when that product is sold. See the sections Link your products and Push your products for more information about how to get your products linked. 

If you’ve verified that your products are linked and your sales are not syncing correctly, contact the SKU IQ support team for help.

Order syncing is compatible with the following eCommerce platforms:

  • Shopify

Note: Wix, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce orders can be sent to any supported POS platform (see below), but we cannot send POS orders to Wix, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce at this time.
