Shopify Plan Compatibility with SKU IQ

Connecting SKU IQ to Shopify requires a Shopify plan with inventory tracking and third-party app support for our app's functionality. This guide explains how to verify your plan meets these requirements.

  1. On your Shopify online dashboard, navigate to the bottom of the left-hand menu and click on Settings.shopify plan compatibility (1)

  2. Then click on Plan.

  3. Here, you'll see the plan you are enrolled in. Click on View All Features.shopify plan compatibility (3)

  4. You'll be directed to a page where you can see the Shopify eCommerce plans.shopify plan compatibility (4)

  5. Scroll down and click See All Features.

  6. In this breakdown, look to see if your plan has the option to create unlimited products and 3rd party appsshopify plan compatibility (5)

If you are not enrolled in any of these plans, you are either on a free trial or enrolled in the Starter, Retail, or Enterprise Commerce plans with Shopify.shopify plan compatibility (7)

  • The Starter plan doesn't include inventory management or support for third-party apps.

  • Although the Retail plan incorporates inventory management, it lacks support for third-party applications.

  • The Enterprise Commerce plans are custom-tailored to each business, so they may or may not include these necessary features. If you are enrolled in one, please contact your Shopify representative to confirm these functionalities are available to you before proceeding with SKU IQ.

  • If you are on a free trial, you'll have limited access to the features of your trial plan, so you won't be able to take advantage of the SKU IQ app either.
