What does the High Sync Activity warning on my dashboard mean?
In this article, we'll explain what this message means and how to avoid this problem in the future.
SKU IQ will display this message whenever you've reached 10 thousand sync requests in one hour. These could be stock adjustments, attribute changes, product pushing, etc.
To maintain the system's integrity, your account will be placed on hold, where syncing will be slowed down. This doesn't mean that sync events will be lost; they will just be paused and paced slowly so as not to create more conflict with our platform's API.
To prevent this from happening, avoid doing huge batch updates at once or on short notice. We recommend pacing updates at a slower and wider time frame to guarantee you won't run into this issue.
