What fields sync between my Lightspeed POS and BigCommerce eCommerce platforms?
The following fields can be synced from Lightspeed to BigCommerce, or from BigCommerce to Lightspeed, depending on your preference:
- Product title
- Price
- Color
- Size
- SKU
- Images (original, existing images only - new or updated images cannot be synced after a product has been linked)
Additionally, the brand and UPC or barcode can be synced only in one direction, from BigCommerce to Lightspeed. Or, the unit cost and product description can be synced only in one direction, from Lightspeed to BigCommerce. (The “Long Description” attribute must be enabled within Lightspeed for this field to sync. If this attribute isn’t visible within Lightspeed, you can contact Lightspeed support to add this module to your Lightspeed dashboard.) Tags cannot be synced across both platforms.
Contact the SKU IQ support team for help if you’d like to sync any of the above additional fields between Lightspeed and BigCommerce. Additional fees may apply depending on your subscription level.
