Once your items are linked, you'll have the option to sync more than just stock changes across platforms. With the Attribute Sync feature, you're able to easily sync updates to prices, names, and other product information across your channels.

Sync Options
When syncing attributes, you can customize each attribute's sync direction to whatever makes more sense for your day-to-day operations. We currently offer two syncing modes:

Unidirectional Sync: Only one of your two platforms is the master for each attribute. With this option, only changes made in the master platform sync across.

Bidirectional Sync: There is no master platform, and changes made on both POS and eCommerce are synced across.
You can have different attributes set to sync in different directions. For example, I can have titles syncing unidirectionally from POS to eCommerce, while descriptions sync unidirectionally from eComerce to POS, and prices syncing bi-directionally..jpg?width=688&height=188&name=What%20is%20Attribute%20Sync%20and%20How%20to%20Configure%20It%20(11).jpg)
⚠️ The attributes available for sync will vary depending on your POS and eCommerce combination. Check your specific integrations page on skuiq.com/integrations for more information on which attributes you can sync.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to the "Settings" tab of your SKU IQ dashboard.
- Under the "Syncing Product Attributes", select the attributes you want to sync and whether you want to sync them unidirectionally or bidirectionally.
- When you are done, hit "Save" in the top right corner of your screen.
