When I update the title, price, or other data in my POS, the change doesn't reflect on my website. How do I set SKU IQ to make those changes sync across both platforms?

You can choose your POS to be your primary system or source of truth for any changes you make to product titles, prices, or other data. Contact the SKU IQ support team if you’d like to make your POS the source of truth so that changes made within the POS will pass through SKU IQ to your website. 

This feature is not enabled by default, and only certain fields can be synced across platforms. Additional fees may apply depending on your subscription level.

Depending on which POS and eCommerce platform you’re using, we can sync the following fields between the two platforms:

  • Product title
  • Product description
  • Price
  • Unit Cost
  • Brand
  • Color
  • Size
  • SKU
  • UPC or Barcode
  • Images 
  • Tags

Contact the SKU IQ support team for help if you’d like to sync any of the above additional fields between your POS and eCommerce platform. Some fields will not be available for syncing because of API limitations on certain platforms.
