This article explains how to connect your TikTok Official Account to TikTok Shop.
Overview
If you have not connected your TikTok video account (also known as the TikTok Official Account) to TikTok Shop, your shop will not show up on your TikTok account on the mobile app. By connecting your TikTok video account to TikTok Shop, you are choosing this video account entity to be the Official Face of your Shop Brand. You can read more about Official Accounts on TikTok Shop Academy here. You will need to be logged in to your Seller Center to see this.
🌟 Your TikTok Shop will only display on the Mobile App at this time. The Shop will not display on web browsers.
This document will show you where to go and how to connect your TikTok video account to your TikTok Shop. You'll definitely want to do this before you start making Content or go Live while selling items that are in your TikTok Shop!
How to Connect Your TikTok Video Account to TikTok Shop
1. You'll first need to login to the Owner account on TikTok Shop Seller Center (Login Here!) If you do not log in to the Owner account for TikTok Shop Seller Center, you will not be able to perform this action!
2. Navigate to My Account on the left hand side navigation pane. 
3. Click on My Account. Another menu will appear. You'll need to click Linked TikTok Accounts (the entire phrase may not display depending on your screen's resolution).
4. You'll see this page: 
You'll want to click on Link Official Account.
5. A QR code will generate that you will need to scan in your TikTok Mobile App from your Official Account.
6. From your TikTok Mobile app, go to your Profile, then click on the Three Lines at the top of your profile.
7. There will be a pop up that appears at the bottom of your screen. Click on My QR Code.
8. You'll see a page with your TikTok QR code, but you'll want to click the little box on the top right hand corner that looks like [--].
9. This will open your Camera. Point your Camera at the QR code on your TikTok Seller Center
10. Once TikTok recognized the QR code, you'll be asked to Authorize TikTok Shop to access your TikTok Account.
11. Click on Authorize once you're ready.
12. You will then need to finish the authorization by clicking the authorization checkbox and then click on Link the Account.
13. One you have clicked Link The Account, your TikTok may go into a pending review status. Once you have been approved, your account status will show as Linked! Your TikTok Shop should then display in the BIO of your TikTok profile on the Mobile App! 
🌟 The Shop icon in your Bio will only show up if you have APPROVED & ACTIVE items in your Seller Center!
Why Can't I Connect My TikTok Account?
If you can't connect your TikTok Account to TikTok Shop, there could be a couple of reason's why:
1) Your Official TikTok Account is not associated with the US region. Only US Sellers can participate in this version of TikTok Shop a this time.
a) If your official account is US based, make sure that your phone is not using a VPN to connect to other countries and that you are using a US SIM Card.
b) If your official account is NOT US based, you will need to make one for the US region or contact TikTok.
2) Your Official TikTok Account is Inactive. This could be due to you deactivating your account in the app or because your account is banned.
a) If you have deactivated your TikTok Account, you will need to reactivate it in the Account Settings on the app.
b) If your account has been banned, you will need to appeal to TikTok to have your account reenabled.
3) The Official TikTok Account must be owned by someone of the age 18 or older.
a) If the owner of the account is under the age of 18, you will not be able to connect this account.
b) If the owner of the account is over the age of 18, they can verify their age through TikTok's Feedback Link. If you need additional help with this part, please contact TikTok Shop Support.
