To sync your products to the Shop tab of your TikTok Profile, you'll need to link it to your Seller Center. This article will break down the steps to accomplish that.

Overview
If you have not connected your TikTok video account (also known as the TikTok Official Account) to TikTok Shop Seller Center, your Shop will not be displayed on your profile on the mobile app.
By connecting your TikTok video account to TikTok Shop, you are choosing this video account entity to be the Official Face of your Shop Brand. You can read more about Official Accounts on TikTok Shop Academy here. You will need to be logged in to your Seller Center to see this.
How to Connect Your TikTok Video Account to TikTok Shop
⚠️ You will need your phone and a desktop/laptop computer to follow this guide.
- You'll first need to log in to the Owner account on TikTok Shop Seller Center from a laptop/desktop computer. If you are not the account Owner, you will not be able to perform this action.
- Navigate to your shop icon on the top right corner of your page, then click on "My Account" > "Linked Accounts".
- On this page, click on "Link".
- Select the type of account you are linking and then "Continue".
- A QR code will be generated, you'll need your phone to scan it with your TikTok Mobile App
- From your phone, open the TikTok Mobile app and go to your Profile, then click on the Three Lines at the top of your profile.
- There will be a pop-up at the bottom of your screen. Click on "My QR Code".
- You'll see a page with your TikTok QR code, you'll want to click the little box in the top right corner that looks like [--].
- This will open your Camera. Point your Camera at the QR code on your computer screen.
- Once TikTok recognizes the QR code, you'll be directed to this page. Click on "Continue".

In Seller Center on your computer, please review and agree to the terms and conditions, then click 'Link This Account.'
- Once the connection is verified and approved, your Seller Center Page will show as linked.
- Refresh your TikTok Mobile app, your Shop should now be displayed in the BIO of your TikTok profile and beside the feed icon.
🌟 The Shop icon in your Bio will only show up if you have APPROVED & ACTIVE items in your Seller Center!
Why Can't I Connect My TikTok Account?
If you can't connect your TikTok Account to TikTok Shop, there could be a couple of reasons why:
1) Your Official TikTok Account is not associated with the US region. Only US Sellers can participate in this version of TikTok Shop a this time.
a) If your official account is US-based, make sure that your phone is not using a VPN to connect to other countries and that you are using a US SIM Card.
b) If your official account is NOT US-based, you will need to make one for the US region or contact TikTok.
2) Your Official TikTok Account is Inactive. This could be due to you deactivating your account in the app or because your account is banned.
a) If you have deactivated your TikTok Account, you will need to reactivate it in the Account Settings on the app.
b) If your account has been banned, you will need to appeal to TikTok to have your account reenabled.
3) The Official TikTok Account must be owned by someone of the age 18 or older.
a) If the owner of the account is under the age of 18, you will not be able to connect this account.
b) If the owner of the account is over the age of 18, they can verify their age through TikTok's Feedback Link. If you need additional help with this part, please contact TikTok Shop Support.
4) Your Official TikTok Account has not been verified yet.
