One of the essential configuration steps to connect SKU IQ and TikTok Shop is configuring the Pickup and Return addresses for your store’s warehouses on the TikTok Seller Center. Follow this guide to ensure they are set up correctly.

Shipping Adress
Please follow the steps below to ensure your Warehouse is configured correctly:

Access TikTok Seller Center:

Click on the shop icon in the top right corner.

Then click on “My Account”.

And then click “Account Settings”.

Now go to “Warehouse Setting”.

Under “Pickup Warehouse”, click “Add Warehouse” and select “United States” from the dropdown.

On the new module, fill in the contact and address information of the warehouse you are shipping items from.
Note: TikTok does not accept P.O. boxes for these addresses.

You may use the same address as a return warehouse if applicable.

Hit “Save” at the bottom of the module.
Return Adress

Under “Return Warehouse”, click “Add Warehouse” and select “United States”.

On the new module, fill in the contact and address information of the location responsible for processing returns and exchanges.

Hit “Save” at the bottom of the module.
Default Warehouse
If you have more than one Pickup Warehouse location, the default will be the oldest one added. Newly added products will be automatically assigned to the default warehouse. To change the default warehouse to another location:

Click on “Edit” at the top of your warehouse address list.

In the new module, identify the current default warehouse.

Click on “Set as default” next to the desired address and then hit “Confirm”.
And that's it. You should now have your warehouses properly set up on the TikTok Shop Seller Center.
