There are only 2 versions of Lightspeed we currently work with. Vend (Lightspeed Series X) and Lightspeed Retail (Lightspeed Series R).
We are always working toward incorporating new platforms with SKU IQ. However, at the moment, we only support Lightspeed Retail (R-Series) and Vend (X-Series).

🚨🚨 If you are trying to sign up for SKU IQ and use Lightspeed Series X, please make sure to select VEND during your initial setup. If you do not select VEND and accidentally select Lightspeed instead, contact support to have your set up wizard reset so the correct connection to VEND/Lightspeed Series X can be made.
We do not, at this time, support Lightspeed eCommerce (C-Series), Lightspeed Golf (G-Series), Upserve (U-Series), Lightspeed Delivery, Shopkeep (S-Series), Lightspeed Restaurant, or any other version of Lightspeed.
