Orders that were made prior to connecting to SKU IQ or prior to having shipping settings correctly enabled cannot be retroactively synced.
At this time, we are unable to retroactively sync any orders that were created on TikTok Shop to Shopify if any of the following conditions apply:
- You have just connected SKU IQ to TikTok Shop and Shopify
- Shipping settings on TikTok Shop were set to Shipped via Platform as the preferred method rather than Shipped by Seller and have now been adjusted
- Orders were made for items that were not synced via SKU IQ from Shopify to TikTok Shop (this applies to items that were directly created on TikTok Shop rather than pushed from Shopify, or for items that have become orphaned for various reasons)
If any of the above apply, you will need to manually fulfil the orders in TikTok Shop itself, or by creating orders on Shopify to generate tracking numbers.
