What is SKU IQ?

     SKU IQ is an Inventory Management Solution geared toward empowering Small to Medium Businesses by making syncing online and in-store inventory quantities and other product data seamless and easy. We make connected retail simple and easy! 

      SKU IQ syncs inventory data between several different partner platforms - but we are a one-to-one connection service, meaning that we will connect (1) Point of Sale account to (1) eCommerce account.

      We are able to sync more than just inventory quantity changes as well! If you need to put your inventory on sale, we are fully capable of syncing price changes for all of our partner platforms. Currently, we offer one-way syncing for product attribute changes with bi-directional syncing for inventory quantity changes. This means that if you need to update information about your products (outside of inventory quantities), you'll need to pick who is your Source of Truth system (AKA Primary System or Master System). This can be either your Point of Sale or your eCommerce - so that you can continue to make adjustments on the platform you're most familiar with. You can always enter new product on to that familiar platform as well and utilize SKU IQ to quickly and easily push those new products to your eCommerce or Point of Sale - this prevents you from having to enter the product information in multiple times, saving you time and money! 

      Our merchants prefer SKU IQ over competitors as we allow them to work across multiple platforms - which they can switch between as their business needs change and grow - while at he same time allowing them to use the platforms they are most familiar with for product entry. In many instances, we are able to fully automate the process of entering in new product or updating pricing or titles so you can set it up and forget about it!

     Starting in January 2023, we are allowing new customers to join our pilot program with TikTok Shop and Shopify! SKU IQ allows you to sell your products on TikTok Shop and then ship them the same way you always have through Shopify. This unique integration syncs your TikTok Shop orders directly to Shopify for fulfilment! It even works with drop shipping platforms like Fulfilled by Amazon, Spocket, and DSers!
