Required Accounts:
A valid email address
If you register your SKU IQ account with an invalid email address, you will not be able to validate your account!

A TikTok Shop Seller's Account (only valid for TikTok Shop and Shopify Pilot)
If you do not have a TikTok Shop Seller account, the TikTok Shop program is in beta at the moment and requires invitation. You can sign up for the wait list here.
Required Hardware & Software
Computer
We unfortunately are very limited on what support we can provide to Linux-based computers. However we are fully capable of supporting both Windows-based and Macintosh-based computers! There are no specific requirements on what specifications your computer should have in order to run SKU IQ as the application is browser-based.
We do recommend that you are running the latest version of Windows or Mac OS.
As for web browser, we highly recommend using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera, or Microsoft Edge.
Since Internet Explorer was deprecated in June 2022, we are unable to troubleshoot SKU IQ for users using Internet Explorer.
Point of Sale Registers
The Point of Sale version you use is up to you! Since SKU IQ communicates with the software backend, the actual register you are using is not important to how you use SKU IQ.
Unsupported Hardware
SKU IQ is not optimized to be used on mobile devices like smartphones, tablets, iPhones or iPads. We do not recommend using the SKU IQ application on these devices.
