SKU IQ Technical Support and Customer Service

Overview

SKU IQ offers world class technical support and customer service. We are able to offer live support between 8AM and 4PM Mountain Standard Time (US) Monday through Friday. If you are in need of support after hours, you may send an email to support at any time to automatically open a ticket!

Technical Support

You may start a live chat with our support team from anywhere on the website or app dashboard by clicking on the green chat icon at the bottom right corner of the page.

Technical support is also available via email at support@skuiq.com. While we do not offer live inbound phone support, you may call 1-888-908-3798 to leave a voicemail for our technical support team to get back to you. Support tickets can be submitted directly via our support website. The SkuBot will ask you a few questions in order to best direct your chat to the right person. 

You can see what types of support your plan includes on our pricing webpage. Any support tickets, emails, or phone calls submitted after 4PM MST on Friday until 8AM MST on Monday will be answered on the following business day. 

Billing Issues

Any billing questions or issues you may have should be directed to our billing department by emailing billingsupport@skuiq.com. Our helpful team will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible. Some requests for help may take longer than usual to fully resolve depending on the complexity of the issue. Our billing department also works from 8AM to 4PM MST Monday through Friday. Billing tickets submitted over the weekend will be addressed on the following business day. 

Setup Help & New Trials

If you’d like help setting up your new account, you will need to schedule a Google Meet with your product expert. You can do so via these links:

If you’re not sure who your product expert is, you can schedule with the first available specialist using this link. If none of these times work for you, please let us know by sending an email to productexperts@skuiq.com with your time zone and several times you are available over the next 72 hours. Please allow 24-48 hours for Megan C. to schedule with you directly.
