The Option To Delete A Product is Grayed Out. Why?

For Square customers, deleting product from SKU IQ is off by default. Contact Support to have this feature enabled.

I have Square and I can't use the Toggles to Delete Product

In the article on deleting products, we learned that we can delete a product from your Point of Sale, eCommerce, or directly from SKU IQ by using the toggles on the product detail pages. However, you may run in to the Square toggle being grayed out and unclickable. 

In our agreement with Square, we have disabled deletion from Square via SKU IQ by default. We can enable deletion by your request, however! So please reach out to Support so that we can enable deletion for you.

I have a different Point of Sale or my eCommerce will not allow me to Delete via the Toggles

If you run into an issue where your Point of Sale or eCommerce have their toggle grayed out, please contact Support! It is highly unusual for this to happen but may occur when a full sync is occurring with the specified platform. Due to the amount of data being processed behind the scenes, SKU IQ may disallow deletion for a brief period. However, we want to know when this issue occurs, so please contact us!
