How to Set up Free or Promotional Shipping on TikTok Shop

This document describes how to set up free shipping or promotional shipping offers on your TikTok Shop!

Overview

You may offer free shipping over a certain amount on your Shopify website and you want to emulate that on TikTok Shop too! This document will show you how to do so.

Steps

1) On your TikTok Shop Seller Center, navigate to the Promotional Tab

2) Click on Create under Shipping Fee Discount

3) Under the second section, fill out how you would like your promotional shipping discount to be.

You can offer partial discounts, free shipping, etc. based on no criteria (always free or discounted shipping), or by a minimum spend amount or a minimum number of items on the order itself.
