Third Party Apps Should be Disabled or Uninstalled When Using SKU IQ

Third party apps can interfere with how SKU IQ performs.

Third Party apps that directly affect your inventory and how quantities and product data are synced should be removed or disabled while using SKU IQ. We do not recommend using SKU IQ with apps like Shopventory or Trunk as using both can cause inaccurate quantity updates. We also do not recommend using native syncing apps like BigCommerce's app to sync with Square Point of Sale as using these apps can cause inventory to triplicate.

If you have inventory syncing issues and have a third party app like these installed, we may have difficulty effectively troubleshooting what is causing the problem. If you have questions about what apps you should or should not have installed when using SKU IQ, please contact Support.

For TikTok Shop, it is highly unrecommended to use Silk's Connector App in conjunction with SKU IQ.
