Automatic pushing can cause your TikTok Shop health score to go down if the wrong categories are assigned to products.
SKU IQ does its best to assign the right categories to products, but sometimes our AI picks the wrong one. Submitting a product to TikTok Shop without the correct category can negatively impact your TikTok Shop's health score. If your TikTok Shop's health score drops too low, you may be removed from the program.
As this is the case, we will not facilitate automatically pushing new products from Shopify to TikTok Shop so that we will not inadvertently impact your TikTok Shop's health score negatively. We are sorry that this may cause some inconvenience as you will have to manually push products on your own (you can see how to do this in this article), but this is to help your shop's health score!
