Overview
Many merchants use drop shipping and third party logistics (3PL) companies to fulfill their orders. As long as these drop shippers and 3PL orders originate in the United States and use one of the following carriers to ship the items to your customers, TikTok should accept the tracking numbers from Shopify. There are some instances where the tracking numbers are not accepted by TikTok Shop - this is usually due to additional characters being added by your drop shipper or 3PL provider to the tracking number that invalidates them. If you run into an issue where your tracking numbers appear to be valid on Shopify, but are not communicating back to TikTok Shop, please contact SKU IQ Support immediately so that we can address the issue.
💡 Tip: It can take a couple of hours, up to two business days, for our team to find out where the issue lies as we dig through logs for your shop. For orders where tracking is not populating into TikTok Shop properly (and all of your shipping settings are all correct), you can copy and paste the tracking number into TikTok Shop under the order itself.

The Lasership tracking number format consists of a series of numbers and letters. Generally, the combination has 2 letters and 8 numbers and begins with "1LS", "LS", "LX" or "BN". It is also possible to have a combination with more than 10 characters, up to 15, with more than 2 alphabetic characters. |

The tracking number format Ontrac usually consists of 16 digits or 16 alphanumeric characters and begins with a capital letter. |

UPS tracking numbers usually begin with 1Z and can be up to 34 characters long. They can also appear in these formats:

USPS tracking numbers are unique and are 13-22 digits long. For packages that are being shipped internationally, they usually include the country code as well (this is not necessary for TikTok Shop at this time, as you can only ship to the United States).

DHL eCommerce tracking numbers usually begin with GM, LX, RX, UV, CN, SG, TH, IN, HK or MY and have an ID length of anywhere from 10 to 39 characters

Packages shipped in US, Canada, Mexico usually get assigned Amazon Logistics tracking numbers starting with TBA, TBM, TBC.

AxleHire tracking numbers generally include a combination of letters and numbers. Several formats exist and can vary. Please find below some examples of AxleHire tracking number format:

Better Trucks tracking numbers generally include a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols. The 15-digit tracking number format starts with three letters ("BTS"), followed by _ , and ends with a combination of numbers and letters. For example:

GLS uses an 13-digits alphanumeric tracking number format that starts with two letters ("GL"), followed by nine digits, and ends with two letters again. For example, a typical GLS tracking number might look like this:

Other Shipping Providers
If you would like to use a different shipping provider than the ones listed above that is currently not supported, you can contact your TikTok Shop Account Manager to expand the list of shipping providers that TikTok Shop supports. This requires an application be sent to TikTok Shop and once it is reviewed and accepted, you as the merchant can then choose that to be your preferred service provider to ship with. However, package status will be tracked and updated through a third-party information service provider, which may result in inaccurate information due to various and unknown reasons. This may cause customer complaints and disappointments, which may lead to penalties and negative impacts on your shop's health score.
