You can choose to be billed for your SKU IQ subscription through Shopify!
Overview
SKU IQ has many options for how you can be billed for your subscriptions - whether it’s directly through us or with one of the platforms we work with. It can be important to adjust which subscription you are on from time to time due to the volume of sales, needing additional features, or needing to pause billing for the season. This article will show you how to change your subscription when billing via Shopify.
Please note that Shopify billing will work differently depending on whether you connect it to a brick-and-mortar POS or TikTok Shop. This article will cover both options separately.
You can find more information about our subscription plans on our Pricing Page or contact the SKU IQ support team for assistance.

How to Increase Usage Cap
When you first select your plan, your spending cap will be set to your standard Shopify limit, which tends to start at $50 USD. On the Free Plan, that equates to 100 extra sales, while on the Growth Plan that can equate to 454 extra sales, so it's important to be attentive to the overage costs for your selected plan. If you want to change your current usage cap, follow these instructions:
1. On your Shopify dashboard, go to Settings
2. Then select Billing.
3. On this Billing Page, you'll see the Subscriptions section, in there, select View all subscriptions
4. Under Active Subscriptions, Locate SKU IQ and click the three dots "..." to the right of it like the following image:
5. On the small pop-up, select View spending limit.
6. On this new page, you'll be able to see your current spending limit and how much you've used already. You'll have the option to enter a new spending limit, just don't forget to check the acknowledge button and confirm your new limit.

How Do I Cancel My SKU IQ Subscription?
To cancel your subscription, you’ll need to uninstall SKU IQ from your Shopify Apps. Also, we ask that you submit a SKU IQ Cancellation Request directly with SKU IQ to complete the cancellation.
1. Fill out the SKU IQ Cancellation Request form.
2. From your Shopify admin page, click Apps on the left navigation bar.
3. Select App and sales channel settings.
4. Click the 3 dots (...) next to the SKU IQ app.
5. Then select Uninstall.
4. A pop-up window will appear asking you to provide optional feedback as to why you are deleting the app. Once you have selected the reason for deleting, click Uninstall. This will remove any platform and product links you have made using SKU IQ and will remove your Shopify integration from SKU IQ.
5. The app deletion is completed, your subscription is canceled, and billing will be automatically discontinued. A confirmation message displays.
This will cancel future billing as well as stop the inventory syncing that SKU IQ performs.
FAQ
Q. If I’m being billed through SKU IQ/Stripe, do I need to be billed through Shopify as well?
A. No! You should only be billed through one platform. It’s your choice if you’d like to have your SKU IQ billed along with your Shopify on the same invoice, or if you’d like to be billed separately through us.
Q. If I have a Clover Point of Sale, do I need to have Clover billing?
A. No! Again, you should only be billed through one platform. Choose which one works best for you. The pricing is all the same for monthly plans.
Q. If I have set up billing through one of the other apps, how do I stop that?
A. If you are being billed through Clover, see this document. If you are being billed through Wix, see this document. If you are being billed through SKU IQ directly and would rather be billed through Shopify, please send an email requesting we cancel your Stripe billing to billingsupport@skuiq.com.
Q. Can I be billed for an annual plan through Shopify?
A. At this time, Shopify does not offer annual plans. However, if you’d like to be billed annually, please contact us at billingsupport@skuiq.com so we can set that up for you.
