If you recently pushed items from your eCommerce but don't see them on TikTok Shop, it's likely they are in draft status.
What happens when you push items from eCommerce to TikTok Shop
When an item or items are pushed over using SKU IQ, they will almost always enter a Draft status on TikTok shop to prevent unnecessary disapprovals while you curate the details of the item. Because TikTok requires brand certifications and safety images which are not required by your eCommerce, pushing an item over would cause an instant rejection if we didn't set it to Draft status.
Where To Find Drafted Products on TikTok Shop
Items that are in draft status, will show up on TikTok Shop's Seller Center under Products > Manage Products and then
under the tab for Drafts.
Items that are in draft status will have Draft as their status. (As opposed to items that are live on TikTok Shop (which shows up as "ACTIVE") or an item in review which shows up as "SUSPENDED"/Reviewing or an item that has failed review, which shows up as "SUSPENDED"/Failed.)
