In this article, we will show you how to submit the cancel your SKU IQ Plan.
To properly end your subscription and close your account, you'll need to follow all the steps described here. The entire process can take up to 5 business days, so plan ahead if you want to avoid any unnecessary billing. If you are currently being billed through a marketplace such as Clover, Wix, or Shopify, you'll also need to uninstall the SKU IQ app on your side to stop the marketplace billing, as SKU IQ does not handle it directly on these cases.

Requesting your cancellation
- Starting from your SKU IQ dashboard, navigate to the bottom of the left-hand menu and click on the Support option.
- Then, scroll down the page until you see the option to Start a Support Ticket. Fill in your contact information, preferably using the same email registered to your SKU IQ account. The Company Name field should also match what you have registered on SKU IQ, as it will help us locate your account quickly for the cancellation.
- On the Category Section, select Cancellation Request.
- In the last section, write the integrations you are using with SKU IQ, a subject for your case, and a quick overview explaining that you want to cancel your account. If you are submitting this with a different email than the one registered on SKU IQ, put in the body of the text the registered email and account name, like in the image below. Once all is filled out, hit Submit.
- You'll see a confirmation that your form was submitted successfully and receive an automatic confirmation email as well.
Answering the form
Within 3 Business days, you'll receive an email from our team asking you to submit a detailed form to move forward with the cancellation of your SKU IQ account.
Once you click on the link, you'll be taken to this page, where you'll first be asked to fill out your account information and whether you'd like to just pause your account or cancel it permanently.
Scroll down to select the reason why you wish to cancel, as well as answer some questions about your experience with SKU IQ. This helps us identify areas where we can improve our services for future users
In the last section, you'll have the option to delete your account or keep it on our database, if you are just pausing your account or intent to come back at some point, we recommend leaving this last box unchecked, that way you can pick up from where you left off once you are back. Once all required fields are filled out go ahead and click "Submit".
Within 1-2 Business days, you'll receive a confirmation that your SKU IQ account has been canceled in your email.
Uninstalling the SKU IQ App
If you are being billed via a marketplace, you'll also need to uninstall the SKU IQ app to prevent any future marketplace billings.
Submitting the form will signal us to halt syncing on your account and sever the connection with your integrations, while uninstalling the app from your platform will signal them to stop billing you for our services. Please complete both to ensure your account is properly canceled.
⚠️ Even if on your SKU IQ dashboard your platform shows as disconnected, this will not prevent marketplace billing, as SKU IQ has no power to stop billing done by a third party. Failure to uninstall will result in continued billing, for which SKU IQ is not responsible.

If your installed platforms are not detailed here, this means that no billing can occur from their end, so once your cancellation form is processed, your billing will be canceled by SKU IQ along with your account.
