POS to eCommerce Integrations

For customers using SKU IQ's POS to eCommerce integrations, plan tiers are as follows:

SKU IQ plans

These plans are tiered based on the total number of transactions between both POS and eCommerce, as well as the number of POS locations, and support channels offered.

If you exceed the number of transactions on your plan, you will be notified on your registered email of the need to upgrade your plan. Failure to upgrade to an appropriate plan tier will result in an automatic upgrade to your plan or suspension of the account.

TikTok Shop to Shopify Integration

For customers using SKU IQ's TikTok Shop to Shopify integration, plan tiers are as follows:

tiktok billing

These plans are tiered based on the number of TikTok Shop transactions as well as the number of items you can sync.

If you exceed the number of transactions on your plan, you will be billed an overage charge for each extra order. To avoid going out of budget, you can set up a spending cap for overage charges, which when you first select your plan, will be set to the standard Shopify limit of 50 USD.

Once the spending cap is reached, we will freeze all orders and inventory sync. To unfreeze it you must upgrade your plan or increase your overage cap. As soon as you upgrade, SKU IQ will resume all orders (those that were frozen and new orders) immediately.

You will receive a notification in your registered email with SKU IQ whenever you are close to reaching your plan's limit or spending cap limit, that way you can act before your store gets impacted and avoid any order cancelations on TikTok.
